Skills at V and a 1.0 facility multiplier describe an NPC station with perfect skills. Structure rigs and taxes change the answer — set them to match where you actually run jobs.
Traded volume is what actually moved, averaged over calendar days —
not what is currently listed, which is the Depth column. EVE reports no
buy/sell split on completed trades: every trade has both, so there is one volume figure.
The buy/sell split you can act on is the live order book.
